[ALIPAC reported Velazquez-Nava didn't have any previous deportations but had been convicted in 2004 in Los Angeles of soliciting a prostitute. Court records revealed he was given 24 months probation and a $1,500 fine after pleading no contest.]

And so, why was this ILLEGAL ALIEN not deported in 2004?

And so, why was this ILLEGAL ALIEN not deported in 2004? Because the businesses needed cheap labor, the politicians needed his vote, and the church needs something in their collection plates...

Precisely the correct question. Jeraldo Rivera debated this last night with Bill O’Reilly, arguing that another drunk driver who “accidentally” killed two young girls committed only a misdemeanor and not a felony. HUH? The person was an ILLEGAL ALIEN, he should be deported no matter what (if any) infraction occuring after his original BREAKING of the LAW - coming into this country.

Jeraldo was also accusing Americans of “luring them here for decades.”

Hey thanks, Jerry. Me thinkest you have too much of a connection to your hispanic name to see this matter without bias...
