If you mean the commentary can get very leftist, you are trying to create a conflict where none exists. Nobody here disputes that PJ is a leftist Stallman follower. You can put that one to rest. You only bring it up as a strawman.
However, you can't dispute the court filings and transcripts at Groklaw. Go ahead and try if you actually want to debate facts. Go to SCO's site and find some documents that refute the documents posted at Groklaw. But I warn you, some of those documents were copied from Groklaw.
