I simply posted factual links, which throw you into your normal leftist tizzy LOL.

http://www.osnews.com/story.php/13607/Torvalds-Hasnt-Ruled-Out-GPL-3-for-Linux

It's "quite possible" said Torvalds that the GPL 3 could be used...after originally saying there was no chance. The fact you hang on your every last word of your foreign heroes is hilarious, but then try to claim he didn't mean it when he said those who enforce their patent rights should be quote "whacked".

There was no chance for the then-current draft, and as you can see there still is no chance for the current draft. It has been explained to you that "quite possible" means a different GPL3 than the current draft, one without the offending provisions. That doesn't exist, and it looks like Stallman won't produce it, so the answer is still "no."

but then try to claim he didn't mean it when he said those who enforce their patent rights should be quote "whacked".

Your lack of a sense of humor is legendary. I bet you also believe that Alan Cox is actually a thousand gnomes working in underground caves, or that Torvalds really thinks ACPI was designed by monkeys on acid.

BTW, you need the whole context again, with a humorous posting about a minute after that one, "Btw, I'm not a lawyer, and I suspect this may not be legally tenable advice."
