FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. - Blubbering as he announced his ruling, a judge said Thursday he hopes Anna Nicole Smith will be buried in the Bahamas, but he left the decision up to the guardian of her baby daughter.

Circuit Judge Larry Seidlin steered a surprise middle course in the dispute, which became more urgent by the day when the medical examiner warned that the centerfold’s body was rapidly decomposing from her death two weeks ago.

Smith’s estranged mother wanted her buried in her native Texas, while Smith’s boyfriend wanted her laid to rest in the Bahamas.

The guardian has no legal power in the Bahamas where they will be having another court hearing. Anna Nicole's body may be flying around from the Bahamas to California to Texas, etc. for years to come.

Great gawd I hope so.

Isn't this the ding dong that so eloquently talked about having all the time in the world to rule because the body was in the morgue and wasn't going anywhere...or sumptin' like that.

What a crude ass, and now he's crying.

I think the a$$ hole needs a shrink.

Why not mummify the Mummie and add her to the the Pirates of the Caribbean show. This way Dannylyn can visit Mummy whenever and Mickey, her true Dad, will be at her side.

How's that for a Hollywierd Ending?

Something funny about all this. First the son OD's, then a few week's later she OD's?? And her "Boyfriend/manager" is on the scene both times? And do not think for one minute that HE forgot about the four hundred ninty-five Mill. Motive, anyone?

I have watched this farce with open mouthed incredulism. Where are they getting these people? This judge should be taken off the bench asap and disbarred. He can join Ito, The Duke Prosecutor, the Libby Trial judge and some other nutballs like the Schavio judge. Geesh.........

I couldn't believe my eyes
