"Woman Tied to Scalia Faces DUI Charge"Are they sure she was drunk? I'd have trouble driving while tied to a grumpy old judge!
Are they going to let him loose any time soon? It seems like this would cause difficulties when one of them needs to use the restroom.

Second paragraph:
Published reports identified the driver, Ann S. Banaszewski, 45, as the daughter of U.S. Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia.
A rather important one, don'tcha think?
Stupid headline ... yeah, I guess his daughter would be considered "tied to Scalia."

Wheaton police routinely patrol Banaszewskis neighborhood to ensure her safety, according to published reports. That's kind of a scary fact. I wonder if she has a nutcase ex-husband ... or do they expect the kind of people who call Scalia the reincarnation of Hitler to attack his daughter at her home?

From the story: the police department issued a press release Tuesday morning and provided booking photos of Banaszewski, a highly unusual practice for a relatively common and rarely newsworthy police stop.

Perhaps the question, " Who 's your daddy? " , is SOP for the Wheaton Police Department.

I will do no such thing. I am tired of Moonbats trying to find dirt on Conservatives and the GOP where there is none. As for this with this lady, whether she is his daughter or not this is not political.
Leave the Conservative and GOP families ALONE!!!!

it's totally outrageous, as was including this tidbit:
Wheaton police routinely patrol Banaszewskis neighborhood to ensure her safety, according to published reports.
what are we to infer from this? that she is a known drunk and they need to keep an eye on her or that she is a Sup Ct justice's daughter and that entitles her to special care? the whole thing STINKS!
