Husband's dead, Husband's son dead, Wife's son dead, and now Wife. Wonder what happens to the lawsuit. Will wife's daughter inherit everything should the Smith's lawsuit prevail?

Lawyer "found" her and the son dead. Three guesses who controls the trust fund for the baby daughter? And without a positive paternity test, the father is in doubt, therefore cannot be considered the legal guardian.

It does make you wonder about Stern, but I think the other guy is going to pursue the DNA testing of the baby to prove Stern isn't the father.

I'm worried for the safety of the baby...especially if it turns out this is not Stern's child.
Child Protestive Services need to intervene immediately.
