If he didn't, he wouldn't have designed the football.

I don't think God is very into who covered the spread, but I think it likely that He is involved in the lives of those who make football their profession, thus it's quite appropriate for a decent man like Tony Dungy to thank God in such an instance.

If you follow Christ, yes!
Praise God...He cares that people give Him all the glory in what they do. The Colts President and coach did that, pretty cool.

Dude, don't whizz in everyone's Wheaties. If you don't care about this thread, fine. Go elsewhere and let folks have their fun.

No, I do not think he really cares about football but he does care about our salvation and relationship with him.
I do know that many people in the Colts organization are Christians. Jim Irsay has turned his life around and has publicly said for him is God first, family then football.
So if a man wants to publicly declare his faith I do not see the problem.

Whatever your opinion about football, you could've given it using a less irreverent language.

About as much as he probably care about your "bloody" opinion.
Perhaps God does enjoy his flock having fun. It's sad some of his flock are so cynical that they cannot accept that others enjoy football.

Does God give a crap about bloody football game? He is the Lord of the dance, haven't you heard? He is alot more fun than some of his followers who are baptized in vinegar and weaned on a sour pickle, that is for sure.
