Having a large dog makes it very hard to be spontaneous. I had A dog, a 3 year old cocker. Then last October got a sudden conviction to adopt from the cocker rescue. He is adorable and I don't regret it. But last month I inherited little miss Taco Bell when my dad passed away. Talk about spoiled and needy.

My kids grew up and left. I could be spontaneous again. Then the dogs arrived one by one. So much for that! :-)
