Don't know about Billboard, but, of the 10 to 15 new releases I purchased this year the ones I keep coming back to are:

Funnel Cloud, by Hem
Damaged, by Lambchop
Rebels, Rogues and Sworn Brothers, by Lucero
Nashville, by Solomon Burke

But then, I have strange tastes in music.
