Thanks to everybody who responded, small rewards are sometimes the best as they remind us that our lives are not made up of all the troubles we see and hear but of the little snatches and snippets where good luck just seems to arrive at our door; I should have spent a bit more time editing this as my eagle-eyed daughter caught me on the missing "r" in trying and the egregious Pravda for Prada (probably a slip of the mind's tongue and my memories of cold wars past) but, hey, I was on a roll and Maggie and I were dancing about the tree one more time.
