Anybody else know of this website? Why do people obsess with dressing their dogs up in these?

Beedogs.com is the premier online repository for pictures of dogs in bee costumes. As opposed to the everyday, run-of-the-mill repository for pictures of dogs in bee costumes?

I had a dog, years ago, which I used to dress in a green striped sweater. I called it "his pickle suit." It was not a pretty picture. But it kept him warm.

The "pickle suit" sounds original, at least.
But why so many bee costumes? Maybe dogs & bees go together?

Yeah, I don't get it either?
The only thing my Saint Bernard wears every day is his Oshkosh overalls and hush puppies.
To: MoochPooch
Normally I'd think a dog website would be called "To Pee or not to Pee".

Actually, I used to have a nickname "Peedog" for my late, great cocker spaniel Molly.

Good Lord. They're like a cult!
Actually, the sock monkeys themselves have a certain folk art charm. Bet they're worth $$$$$$.

To: MoochPooch
Because things like cats and guinea pigs and snakes, etc. don't take to wearing the costumes very well. Dogs just cry out to be dressed up like a bee. It is just something you've got to do. You're not normal if you look at those pictures don't have the urge to go get some black & yellow material and couple feelers.

How true.
Guess that's my problem in life. I don't take things seriously enough.
