I find it amusing that Favre is the one saying they are a young team. It's true by and large, but have someone other than the team grandpa make the comment.

I think the Raiders have won a grand total of 7 or 8 games since their SB appearance 3 years ago. ...But even that team wasn't exactly a classic Raiders squad. It all started to go downhill for them in the mid-80s when Jim Plunkett and Lyle Alzado retired, Marcus Allen began fighting with Al Davis over his contract, and Marc Wilson QB'd.

But now it's reached rock bottom.
