Time to buy a new computer with XP before Vista becomes required. Never, ever get the first edition of a Microsoft product.

Yup. Got my new Windows XP machine up and running 'bout a month ago. Do NOT plan on upgrading it to Vista any time soon. Maybe in 3-4 years.

I found that out with Windows XP. What a nightmare! I even ran the check beforehand, to no avail.
