Of course the POTUS is doing well in NOLA and the gulf coast states. The decent folks in Louisiana know the scum and vermin of the Democrat Party and Congressional Black caucus that killed NOLA. All the carping and bad mouthing of GW Bush by the Democrat vermin, the Mainstream Media, and the Black racist scum of the CBC is not going work.
