I don't think it is close at all. Karr doesn't show eyelids, the drawing does. Karr has a full lower lip, the drawing doesn't. The noses are about the same length, but the shape is off. Only real thing I see in common is that they are caucasian.

The sketch is not a photo likeness but except for the bottom lip, it is pretty darn close.

Yes they are both Caucasian.
But, the likeness is there. For instance the tiny neck with the big gaunt face. The hair. It is just too similar. And to pick out the WEAK features. When you think of a sick pervert, do you picture a skinny loser who is "well" dressed. Or do you picture some creep like Rodney Dangerfield?
I don't know for sure, but I think the resemblance is creepy.
P.S. by well dressed I mean clean. Definitely not in touch with today's fashion.
