Of course he will be charged with a DUI, but part of a first time DUI sentence is jail time or community service. So I was just making a suggestion for his community service...but hey...maybe he'd rather go to jail.
Maybe he'll lawyer up and get this reduced. Maybe he won't be convicted of anything,
