According to the FEC, a Romulo L. Diaz is a contributor to the GAY AND LESBIAN VICTORY FUND Pure coincidence.There are probably at least a dozen Romulo Diaz's in this country.

It isn't coincidence. The contributions match Romulo Diaz's employment descriptions in DC and PA for the time periods.
