You do realize that this is about an American company developing for software that it distributes, don't you?

FYI the "I" in IBM is for "International". Most of their employees and business are outside the US, and have been for years.

I'm sure you're aware that GE thinks IBM hired Linus Torvalds  to kill his dog. This makes IBM and Linux evil. Attempting rational argument with the troll is a waste of time.
