Well, now, that's a reaaally big surprise now, isn't it? Just the natural course of evolution for any gov't program or agency. Probably inevitable.

Yeah, cities like New York City are mad their money stream is being cut. Like Hillary said, the money wasn't getting to the first responders in New York.

You got it.

Indiana knows how to raise pork. they got the number one spot in the hawg waller.

If you want to do it, outsourcing it to the fed is the least effective way to accomplish most jobs.
