Well, here it is - the final show. The Silver Fox Soul Patrol vs. McPheever.
The show is 2 hours long - one for the performers and one hour for commercials.

Who won? My cable got shut off because I didn`t pay my bill. Daamn! I`m hoping Taylor wins but I doubt it because in todays music scene they always go with the one who sounds the most like a chewing gum commercial.
Absolutely none, just like the entire music industry today.
I always thought if Taylor dyed his hair black and combed it like Elvis, he would look just like Elvis. Am I right or what? He`s got the same mouth, the same eyes.
For the most part, I think that's exactly right. Hard to whistle the tunes of today....and rightfully so.
It`s what I call the "MTV (Empty-V) music holocaust"... It started in 1981 when MTV went on the air and the industry realized they could sell records/CD`s on visuals instead of sound.
Before that people would hear music on the radio and depending how good it was, it would draw them in and make them buy it, so the industry would tend to only put out songs that were catchy as hell.
When the holocaust began all that changed. Now it depends on how good someone looks or looks like someone else, or how much attention they get through actions or sight.
A friend of mine worked at MTV and he told me they actually have a formula for the perfect video star which is why all these video stars look the same. If you`ll notice, Britany Spears, Ashton Kutcher, Ricky Martin, Jessica Simpson all have the same type of face, especially Ricky Martin and Jessica Simpson. Damn, they could be twins. It`s pretty damn pathetic if you ask me. I just want to know when the holocaust is going to end because I would like to listen to the radio again.
When does this show begin and what network is it on???? I've never watched it (ever).......... but here is the first time.

I forget, I think NBC?? I don`t know, my cable got shut off because I didn`t pay my bill. Damn, and I wanted to watch this. The chick is like 9 gazillion other singers but this guy Taylor Hicks is really something so I was hoping he wins but I doubt it. He doesn`t fit into the MTV criteria.
