I just took my son and dil out to dinner with my 4yo and almost 3mo grandsons.....I think I'm gonna be sick..........btw...I agree with your son..

Of course this is true of ALL murders. And there is no doubt in my mind that Andrea Yates was seriously mentally ill, the psychiatric records are there to prove it, so I think to say her crimes were "pre-meditated" really doesn't hold water.
Of course, the supposedly "sane" husband was really the crazy person, he may as well as left his children to be cared for by the patients at the Bellevue Psych ward.
Now that he's gone on to get remarried, having divorced the sick and incarcerated Andrea, well, I think if there was any "pre-meditation" it might have been on the part of Rocket Scientist Mr. Yates.
Regardless of whether a man or a woman does this it's still pure concentrated evil.
Let's all be just like good little liberals and try to "understand" why they do things like this rather than remove them from the gene pool.
