I can't believe that the results of the second DNA tests are conveniently going to be ready on May 15. That's the date of the first hearing in this case. Talk about a set up. This is pure BS.

It appears that the DA is looking at the Duke lacrosse players' computers for a program called "ExitTool" which allows for time-shifting photographs. Have you heard this?

She was examined by a sexual-assault nurse and likely given a battery of blood and urine tests. So they did do some toxicology tests and I'm sure there is no evidence of a date rape drug or we'd be hearing about it.
