I don't know how to ping you to a post, so please see post 203 and let me say that while I value your opinion, I would prefer that you look into the actual STARGATE project and MKULTRA by implementing the FOIA and submitting the forms to the CIA.

However, as a highly educated christian republican, I can say that through peer review, the methodology met the stringent requirements that are expected of app professionals.
