Google's Attack on Bush

Posted on 03/17/2006 7:04:33 AM PST by mcvey

I was tipped off to this last night, checked it this morning and found it to be true.

If you go to Google, type in "failure" and then hit the "I'm Feeling Lucky" button, you get a copy of the White House website for George Bush.

Ok. Please ping the people you know. I am not certain who watches our list, but I have seen it picked up by various places.

Thanks,

McVey

That's ridiculous! What is the purpose of this "Feeling Lucky" button, anyway? Is it Google's way to show their opinions? They only even offer 1 website? What's the point????

This has been this way for years. I would say this is the 100th post on the matter.

Thank you for posting this under "Editorial." I might've missed it otherwise.

"Feeling Lucky" links you to the website with the most links to it, which gives it the highest score in Google's system. In the past, conservatives have Google bombed Michael Moore, with something like "arrogant fat b----d."

For more old stuff, google "french military victories".

Lotsa folks fell for that one.
