John Murtha is a Liberal! (with research on Murtha's liberal record)
The Author's research | 03/12/06 | PStone

As we know, John Murtha is out of the closet as a leftist on the War on Terror. His foreign policy record before that shameful day was still pretty darned leftist.

But, Murtha isn't just a leftist on the war. There's tons of other issues which Murtha is a leftist on.

It shouldn't be a shock to know that Murtha favors the Death Tax. Murtha opposed efforts to reduce our dependance on foreign oil. Murtha stands behind lawyers who file frivolous suits. Murtha opposed efforts to stop terrorists from easily obtaining ID.

But did you know that Murtha opposed efforts to save Terri Schiavo from being murdered?

Did you know that Murtha favors embryonic stem-cell research?

Did you know that Murtha opposed tougher sentences for illegal immigrant criminals?

Did you know that Murtha opposed an amendment that would have prohibited the enforcement of a court decision that banned the 10 Commandments from Courthouses?

Now, we know the extremism of Murtha on foreign policy. We know that he favors surrender in the War on Terror. We're not stunned to see that he opposes detaining terrorists at Club Gitmo.

John Murtha's defeat is a victory America's war against terrorism.

Diane Irey's webpage says this on Murtha:

"While John Murtha is calling for an immediate withdrawl from the war against terror, Diana Irey has been standing steadfastly by our fighting men and women."

Diane Irey is a woman who has the sense and values needed to be a great representative.

There's a lot of differences between Irey and Murtha.

Irey supports our troops and their mission. Murtha supports a pro-terrorist plan and opposes our troops mission against Terror.

I have confidence that Irey is truely pro-life. Murtha favored the murder of Terri Schiavo and the evil of embryonic stem-cell research.

Anybody who thinks John Murtha cannot be beaten is a defeatist. John Murtha's defeat is one messege that can be sent to all the terrorists all around the world. The messege would tell those vermin that we will never cut and run.

America doesn't need to withdraw from the war on terror, but John Murtha should be withdrawn from Congress.

Remember. Kerry barely won Murtha's district. All the pork in the world can't save John Murtha.

But when John gets trounced, he can go off to San Francisco to an area which accepts his ideas.

If you correctly analyized Murtha's "support" of the military, you'd call him a pig not a hawk.

He always had his head in the trough and slopped out enough for friends. That is the extent of Murtha's "support"....pork, pork and pork as long as he and his friends got their share.

I'm surprised no one ever mentions his role an unindicted co-conspirator in abscam.

You don't have to go back 25 years to find lapses in Murtha's intregity.

He has done a lot of ethically wrong things after Abscam and after the time that he exagerated his way to getting those Purple hearts.
