Please don't be a hypocrite. I expect you to find every tv and movie show on cable where there's a GD spoken and post articles about them along with your commentary about how vile, corrupt, evil, etc. these shows are.

I'm not a SP fan for the exact reason you mentioned but I don't go around posting articles berating everything that has some sin reference within it either.

There was another thread on South Park yesterday, and I was shocked at how many posters here like them, in spite of their vulgarity verging on obscenity, and sometimes even blasphemy. And while they may take pot shots at liberal causes, they also heap a great deal of scorn on institutions that should be dear to the hearts of most conservatives, such as organized religion. So with that in mind, I did some googling and came up with this story. Just thought I would post it to show that these guys are not people we conservatives should be looking up to.

Talk about plagiarism.

How about 'King Kong'? Titanic? The Poseidon Adventure? The Wizard of Oz (With Michael Jackson and Diana Ross) etc....

Hollywood has been out of ideas for years and plagiarism is the only tool they have to make movies.

I'm not a big South Park fan, although the episode about Tom Cruise and Scientology is hilarious. What would be proper TV viewing for today's "true" conservative?

Also, you should have stuck to the punctuation in the original article title.

I've tried to watch SP a few times, but I end up changing channels because I can't understand a word they are saying.

I don't think we've seen Professor Chaos since the incident with the ninjas.

Timmy of "South Park" challenges viewers' attitudes about people with disabilities

But what's equally interesting from the Ouch! poll is that the all-American Timmy was even more popular among disabled voters than nondisabled,

The only objection I have to this article is this:

The Ringer, starring ex-Jackass Johnny Knoxville as the faux Special Olympian, is scheduled for release Dec. 23.

Johnny Knoxville is not an ex-Jackass. He is still a Jackass. (I know, I know...the show...)

"heap a great deal of scorn on institutions that should be dear to the hearts of most conservatives, such as organized religion."

Some of that scorn is well deserved.

My tinfoil hat theory is that the South Park Haters (and their cousins, the Rabid Creationists) are really deep cover agents from DU, sent over to chew up FR's bandwidth and make conservatives look like idiots.

Then again, some of these moonbats keep this up for years, with no apparent ulterior motive. So maybe they ARE sincere. Nutty, but sincere.

LOL! I didn't watch it for years for the same reason. Hubby finally made me sit down and watch a whole episode, it was hilarious and I surprisingly have no problem understanding them now. Weird, huh?

Do you still have a copy of your film? I did a couple with a few buddies of mine in the 70's, and one of them still has them. We did 'Benny Hill' style live action stop-motion. Some of it was hilarious.
