Thanks for adding me to the ping list. Right now I am in awe of those of you who are actually either wrapping finished projects or finishing them up! I have a scarf project that I am working on, black and gray stripes. The thing is I am a slow knitter but a fast crocheter, and yup, the scarf is knitted.I am still in the planning stages for the Christmas stockings I want to do, planning as in, oh look at the Christmas fabric I have in my stash, wouldn't it make a nice stocking? Maybe if I post my procrastination here it will motivate me to get cracking. Then again, maybe I will seek solace in banana nut bread and Earl Grey tea.

I started a toddler's sock three weeks ago, and since then knitted a couple of easy scarves on big needles, started an afghan (but am no where near finished), and started a pair of mitts, which I haven't touched in three days. I have a scarf that needs me to finish it (and there's not much left to do) and a sweater that just needs me to finish its length (and is in great danger of becoming s shrug).

Sometimes, working fast doesn't really mean anything. I sell patterns for 3 socks that I never made the second of!
