Tulsa Police Arrest A Man For Murder

A Tulsa man is arrested for killing his girlfriend Wednesday evening.

Tulsa Police officers booked Travis Greer into the Tulsa County jail on a complaint of first degree murder.

They say Greer's girlfriend, 44-year-old Monda Taylor, showed up at a Tulsa hospital Wednesday afternoon with severe injuries, she died around 6:30 PM.

Hey there....check your mail. This lady was my mom's best friend, we were there when she died. We got the call about 3:30 yesterday. I tried to find something about it last night and post it then but there wasn't anything. So I mainly just tried to distract myself on FR for a little bit, it had been a terrible day....but I couldn't find anyone to fight with...:) just kidding....:)

Anyway, some similiarities.

Also, please pray for this family...they are hurting this Thanksgiving, as we all are.

BTW...her name was Mona, they mispelled it. She used to babysit me until I no longer needed a babysitter. Very full of life, was in the Army, a skydiver, always doing someting new and exciting. A little over a year ago though she seemed to be looking for something...not for sure where to go in life....and now this.

Hopefully this thread will not attract unwanted attention. Shhhhh....:)

Very tragic. Same thing happened where I live about a week ago. I just don't understand it.

Just know that the severe injuries they refer to were brain injuries....we are all still in shock.

I answered your freepmail before I read your ping. Now I understand what you meant about your Mom being very upset. I am so sorry you, your Mom, and everyone had to go through this. I'll be saying extra prayers today and in the days to come for all of you.

Thanks. I know it makes more sense when you have the rest of the story. Just another example of what we have been talking about, and this one just hit so close to home, we still can't believe it. So much pressure on families to make a quick decision under very trying times.

Thanks. They are much appreciated. Just another example of very bad choices leading to tragic consequences. Now it is his turn to face those consequences.
