Not too bad. A city laid out with all tee intersections can work pretty well.

You'd still probably have to design the vehicles like bumper cars, though.

Actually, during my six hour trip between here and my parents' house, there's a city with something like a square roundabout. The highway goes straight to the courthouse in the middle of the town. You have to make a quick right, then a quick left, another quick left, and then another quick right to get around the courthouse and keep on the highway.
