I actually saw Office Space when it opened in the theatres, largely because it was written by Mike Judge, who was the brains behind Beavis and Butthead. I saw it at an Art House theatre on Chicago's North Side and I was one of three people in the theatre.

I wish my boss was like Lomberg. Mine is more like Kevin Spacey in "Swimming with Sharks."

Of course, any movie tempts lackluster receipts when it opens in the dead of winter with no big-name stars except Jennifer Aniston What do you mean no big name stars, it had that guy from the Drew Carey show in it.

But seriously, I must admit, I couldn't watch Ron Livingstone in "Band of Brothers" without thinking the whole time, "that's Peter."

I may have mentioned this before, but an absolutely hilarious "office comedy" is a little sleeper called Haiku Tunnel. It's a parody of the "temp worker", to a t.
Favorite scene from movie:
JOSH (after being offered a "perm" position on his first day at a law firm): "Oh well. I've worked for worse. Young litigators on crack".
(Cut to head shot of very cracked up lawyer talking very quickly: "Joshhe'stalkingtometildawnI'llpayyoudouble")

I was told that I could listen to the radio at a reasonable volume from nine to eleven, I told Bill that if Sandra is going to listen to her headphones while she's filing then I should be able to listen to the radio while I'm collating so I don't see why I should have to turn down the radio because I enjoy listening at a reasonable volume from nine to eleven.

It is one of the funniest movies ever, and I am still in college so I can't really relate to the work environment.
