Serious answer, attempting to obfuscate the issue by detailing the minutae of fertilization will not work. All you have to do is wait for successful implantation (and making sure it is not a molar pregnancy or ectopic pregnacy) before clamping down on abortion, and you will have eliminated the overwhelming majority of abortions today.
And RU-486 has its own health risks...for the mother, too.
