KLFX ("KLFX 107.3 The Fox Rocks") and their group stations, as well as KWTX 1230 AM (Waco) - 1-254-776-3900 (FOX NEWS RADIO), 102.5 FM,, and one more that is forgotten at this time, will be at the PRO-BUSH/ANTI-SHEEHAN rally. They are owned by Clear Channel. The Anti-Sheehan BBQ will be in the lot next to Crawford Bank, free burgers, soft drinks ("Coca-Cola"), and everything Saturday at NOON. a host named "JACK HAMMER" will be there and apparently is helping with this event. They are inviting soldiers from the Fort Hood area to come down and say that they would be ashamed of their mother if she did what Mrs. Sheehan is doing.
Now I got this info from the Dark Side and if it's true I think it's a terrific idea. Can any Texas Freepers verify this?
Haven't seen anything. Did get some long list chainmail about the leftist protest and some people going from Houston.
I wouldn't want to label a counter protest, anti-Sheehan. Wasn't that her son's name too?

I agree. "Anti-Sheehan" doesn't sound good. Pro-Military, Pro-Freedom and Democracy, Pro-Commander-in-Chief...those sound better.
It would be great to hear from moms and dads of fallen soldiers and Marines who are proud of what their sons and daughters have done, and want us to finish the mission. Give THOSE people a microphone.

I know - that was just because I copied it word for word from the Dark Side. I was trying to look on the radio websites for more info so I didn't have to post exactly what they said on the Dark Side but the radio stations don't have anything yet.
Do a demonstration celebrating the highlights of Sheehan's son's life- his nobility, his successes- Don't stoop down to the level of negativity.
Well I guess the Radio stations are fed up with her. They are the ones doing it. Maybe we can e-mail them.
KLIF.com.....Darrell Ankarlo(sp) radio host has a son serving in Iraq. He's getting a bus load together and plans to do his show from Crawford tomorrow or Friday.

i had no heard about this, but i have heard about Darrel Ankarlow going to do his radio show live in Crawford Friday I believe. If I group is going down Sat I think i am going to drive down with my 7 year old for a little bit and join in with the Sheehan bashing protest, LOL!! I live in dallas, anyone want to join me?

I don't have a problem with pointing out the mother is exploiting her son's death. I wouldn't shy away from condemning Patty Hearst when she was engaged with holed up SLA members.
I would say that the mother is probably a Democrat and we know that they have been unable to accept the loss of two presidential elections. If they are unable to cope with that reality, just figure how hard a time she is having dealing with the loss of her son. That said, she had better seek professional counseling or guidance whether it is from family, friends, religious figures, or medical professionals.
The hate group she has surrounded herself with at this protest is not a healthy group and they do not have her bests interests at heart. They are using her as a pawn.
How about a Praise Casey rally---where the troops that have died in service are HONORED the CORRECT way!!!
