Perhaps you should have voiced your complaints to the parent responsible for the chaos and not us poor innocent freepers.

Harry,
Heads up. Looks like you got competition in the inane vanity department.
All the best,

Well Said!
I think there should be stores with an iron cage at the front where the packs of wild children can be housed while the adults are shopping. I would pay a premium to go to such a store.

"us workers" - well golly gee - please allow me rip the bon-bons away from the moms and slap them into reality for you
To: redlocks322
Those moms are doing more important work than you're doing.
Get over yourself.
if you want to have the grocery store to yourself, do what any other self-involved celebrity does - pay the management extra to close the store to the public so you can shop privately.

Anyway, done venting... like I said I have nothing against stay at home moms as long as they stay at home during the lunch time hours. Any mom that stays at home and actually raises her kids can shop whenever she damn well pleases.

I think there should be a law against people who don't work to stay out of the grocery store from 11am to 1pm during the week and let us workers have the opportunity to get our stuff done. I think there should be a law against self absorbed center of the universe types shopping in the grocery store, ever. Whaddya say we get cracking on passing a law against all of life's inconveniences and soon none of us will be allowed to do anything, ever.
p.s. If you think working 50 hours a week is a lot, it's a good thing you're not a stay at home mom.

But you got time AT WORK to start this thread? BTW Ifeel your pain brotha!

Perhaps she stopped at the store on her way back from the Doc's office.
Perhaps she hit the store at noon after a rough and busy morning running errands to keep the house in running order.
Who knows, I don't.
Yes, it is inconvenient to have to weave around munchkin armies, but that is life.
But while most of us are off at work, most moms are at home trying to keep the kids from detnating the TV or shaving the cat.
As for a law, why would you want MORE government intervention in your life?

Uh what did you do with 260 dollars worth of groceries in a hot car all day while you were working. Rotting meat, melted icecream, warm beer.

I am not a stay at home but I am a mom....believe it or not there are times when I am thinking "LADY LOOK AT YOUR KID"!!!
This is usually when they are running around carts about to get smashed by them and not paying attention. My theory is: If your child is under the age of lets say 7 please put them in the little buggy seats almost all grocery stores have. Isn't is safer for them?
Also I have noticed that when I do go to the grocery store during my lunch breaks ..I am not in the right mentality due to a time crunch. Grocery stores suck down time and patience both you will make sure you have before venturing in.
