Have you ever seen Tyler's sidekick on

.

Total ditz and soooooo annoying! Her name is Jac.

I like Tyler but couldn't watch HTBW because of her. I like his Food 911 show though. He goes to people's houses and helps them cook their favorite dishes they have trouble making. He such a nice guy.

I spend my time this way: Politics 50%, food, eating, food writing, 50%. Work sometimes gets in the way.

Sounds like my time on the net.

I love chowhound.com, especially the home cooking board, anything and everything food!

Has she lost some weight? She was a little chunky last time I saw her show. her show is 30 minute meals...Wish I had 30 minutes with her.

You bad, bad boy!

You're supposed to be learning something about cooking from Food Network.

I guess guys have their own personal reasons for watching the shows. (:

You'll be delighted to learn Rachel has "3" shows running right now.

Besides 30 Minute Meals, there's $30 Dollars a Day and another where she talks with stars about food (pretty lame, can't get into the Hollyweird thing for some reason - D'oh!)

Are you on eGullet.com?

Another FReeper foodie here. Politics, food, gardening, politics, food, gardening....some much info, so little time.....LOL

I'll be sure to check out eGullet.

My fave is Chowhound.com. The home cooking and general topics boards are fun to peruse.

ROFLMAO He does indeed. What's with the white socks and black shoes? The Archie Bunker look is so passe! I guess if you have his bucks you can wear anything you want.

LOL!

My husband mentioned that Emeril reminds him of Carla Tortelli's husband, Nick, from Cheers.

I swear, everytime I watch Emeril now I imagine him as a heavier Nick Tortelli. The similarities are eerie.

About 20 yrs. ago HBO had a show similar. Chicks working out on a rotating platform. WOW

There was this one girl, Greek possibly, that was b-u-i-l-t. Tights always rode up. It kept me riveted to the TV.

Actually, it was by the same producer/production company. It's just that the HBO version was more for "entertainment" than exercise, and couldn't be shown on syndicated TV over the public airwaves!

One of the aerobic girls, Bess Motta, actually got some acting jobs out of "The 20 Minute Workout." She was Linda Hamilton's roommate in the original Terminator.

Why is it many women in entertainment and tv have to resort to posing in slutty magazines? What trash.

How chunky could have looked before those pictures? I like the $40 a day show but knowing she lowered herself to pose in For His Member only is a bit weird.

How funny! Not too long ago, on this very thread, I mentioned how much I like that show, and how I'm smitten by her! LOL!!!

Geez! You're not kidding!

I say this with more than a bit of exasperation because I used to produce a show on HGTV.

We had to re-shoot and re-edit an entire show at bigtime expense for calling kids, "kids" on a show.

My exec-producer at HG said "That's what they call baby goats, you know, kids wouldn't be proper."

Our host couldn't be too sexy, or wear her gigantamoundous LOL diamond ring on the show for fear of being too prosperous.

Ken Lowe must've loosened the reins.

I'm with you on the gardening, except I live in the city with a tiny deck- so no room for gardening except for some herbs.
