I know you don't want a lecture, so I won't give you one. I quit drinking 7 years ago and it was one of the best things I ever did.
But, sitting outside naked?!!! WTF! That's just creepy.
It gets hot here (Virginia) sometimes. Hot as in HOT.
I don't do that to bother anyone else. I am very careful about that.

If its private and your own property - its no one else's busines, imo.
Sunbathing for a 1/2 hour or so (not to the point of tanning/burning) nude is very relaxing. If your extremely fair or have sun allergies, then of course that should be taken into consideration.
