My first TransformBreathing session was beyond words. I had no idea how transformational and transcendental it would turn out to be. I was completely caught off guard - the experience took hold of me and took me to a place that defied all sense of reality.
At first I found it extremely difficult to inhale so much oxygen. My body was not prepared for that much life. After many minutes of breathing fully, I was suddenly moving in and out of an altered state of reality. Then I found myself tingling and vibrating unlike anything I had ever experienced.
My body became a cosmic tuning fork, vibrating to a song of the universe. I became the universe; I became the song of life. I realize I had found the song of my creation.
I vibrated and pulsed to the harmony of the universe, and with a beauty beyond words, the universe enfolded me in her arms and called me home. For what seemed like hours, I floated within the harmonious strings of this pulse, this magnificent life force surrounding and containing me.
My heart opened as a flower opens to the beauty and strength of the sun. The vibration swept through my body, finding its way home within my body. I became the Flower of all life. Life flowed through me, from me, extending out to the farthest reaches of the Universe.
For the first time in my life, I became alive. I understood my place in the universe, my place in the uniqueness of all life. For the first time in my life, I found my way home.
