Just announced on FoxNews that Dr.Jon Thogmartin, District Chief Medical Examiner for Pinellas County, Florida will hold a press conference at 3:30 PM EST to discuss and answer questions regarding the autopsy that he will perform on Terri Schindler Schiavo.
State of Florida can take custody of the body to do an unbaised full autopsy independent of Pinellas Country officials where investigation of alledged physical abuse can be investigated.
This is something Jeb Bush can do.
Is there some reason you feel the Pinellas County Coroner's office is not going to be impartial?
I haven't heard of this medical examiner before. How is he connected to Michael Schiavo? I'm assuming since he an ME he hasn't had anything to do with the case until now, but am I wrong about that? Everyone seems to think it's obvious that he'll be biased and a sham.
Someone on the radio last nite said that the conservatives won't believe the autopsy, and the liberals won't care...I'd say that was a good call.
Not only the abuse can be addressed, but an unbiased full workup that the public can have confidence in, can be executed to show Terry's true condition.
I don't want a wink-and-a-nod workup done by the Schiavo/Greer grim reaper team.
The feeding tube stuff was really just a ruse to keep the NWO, illuminati, Masons, CFR, TLC and Bilderbergers from killing Terri since she's the only person who knows the location of the Arc of the Covenant. Terri is really being held at a supersecret base in the New Mexico mountains.
Investigation for potential past crimes against deceased is not routine.
Do you wish Judge Greer to appoint someone? Regardless of what is found and who does it, one side or the other is going to cry foul. From what I read on another thread, this guy is relatively new, is replacing another corrupt coroner and is as good as anyone.
I read on another thread that Jeb Bush appointed the current ME. The previous examiner was fired due to incompetence in a baby shaking case.
It was also mentioned that because of the new Dale Erhardt (sp) Law, autopsies are private and only family can release the info. That means Michael Schiavo will control what is made public.
I just saw on Fox some examiner who was questioning if the ME would classify this as "murder". Maybe if somehow it is classified as murder it takes it out of Michael's hands.
I thought that's where Dick Cheney was?
If not outside the county, the Schindlers should insist that a ME of their choosing be present during the autopsy.

I heard on Rush today that Felos was on the board of the hospice the year before he was hired by Michael Schiavo, and that the doctor who pronounced Terri to be in a PVS is a board member of the euthansia society formerly known as "The Hemlock Society."
Nothing about the County Government in Pinellas County has been impartial.
Come on, you don't really expect Jeb to make such a bold move, do you?
If Michael maintains the legal fiction that Terri never recovered any sort of conciousness, then the cause of her 1990 "collapse" would be her cause of death, and investigation of that would seem entirely apropos.
