Yeah, right. From a prison cell. That's why they're called "legal-ities". Jeb would be "untouchable" all right, after he "clapped" a judge who has been upheld just about to the US Supreme Court, "in chains."

The Judge or the Judiciary neither one have the power (physical power in the form of sherrifs) to throw the Governor in jail.

The Governor however DOES have that power. It's been done before and can be done in this situation if it is necessary.

Whether it is "Legal" or not is immaterial, it can be done.
