I am a lawyer in Florida.

This affidavit is perfectly valid.

State of Florida, County of Pinellas appears at the top of the document.

The notary seal includes Ms. Anderson's name. She was the attorney in the case. I have not researched the commission number, but she might not have renewed once it expired, which would explain why she is not currently registered, I don't know.

Do you mean to tell me there are those who would believe that an attorney would risk her license by ginning up a fake notary commission stamp and notarize false documents in such a high profile case?

That is really grasping at straws!

Rest assured, this document is NOT FAKE!!!

For anyone interested, here is the Florida Manual for Notary Publics . Page 9 shows an example of a FL notary seal and gives the 4 elements which must be present.
