Thanks, this is very interesting. My mother-in-law had her second stroke yesterday, and the last thing she needs is a potential hip fracture as she starts her physical therapy and walking exercises in future.

High Homocysteine levels have been linked to CVD and Strokes, have that checked in her blood, level should be below 9. Simple b vitamins can lower it: 6, 12 and folate.
