It's super easy. You sign up by clicking the link and following the instructions. You'll want to join a private league (when you are prompted) and you'll put in the League info above (league # and password). Then we'll have a live draft in a few weeks. You'll draft players based on the stats that are scored. You get points based on where your player ranks against the others in every stat tracked. So, if you had Ichiro last year and hits were a stat tracked (it is in this league), you'd get 10 points in a 10 team league for playing Ichiro in your lineup. You will want to edit your lineups based on match-ups, you'll add and remove players based on performance and injuries, and you'll want to make sure you play your players (particularly your pitchers) so you don't cheat yourself out of points that are only limited by playing a maximum number of games. The team that has the most points in October wins the league. That's it.

You take the time between now and the draft to familiarize yourself with the players. Yahoo lets you create a list of preferred players to make drafting easier.
