Alright Justin, we'll tell you. Our approaches to helping the poor are diametrically opposed. You believe in giving a man a fish, we believe in teaching a man how to fish. You believe the government should be in charge of handouts, we believe that is the province of the people. You believe in taking my money to give to someone else, I believe I know best who to give to. You think government solves problems, we think it creates them.

Just look at one program. Welfare. It had all the good intentions in the world, but the results were the destruction of the minority family, and generations of people who did not have enough faith in themselves to accomplish anything. Instead of helping it was possibly the most destructive program in history.

It all comes down to "Dignity", there is no dignity in accepting handouts, providing the neccessary tools someone needs to provide for themselves restores their dignity
