The man had a history of drug abuse and behavior that had caused his wife to leave him and take their child, and to obtain a restraining order against him. It appears that Juan Manuel Alvarez, who despite having gone through drug rehabilitation, did not receive all of the mental health care that he could have used. He will face murder charges. Sorry, Ed; this guy does not sound like a terrorist to me. An evil nutcase is what he sounds like.
