Purchased Ultimate Movie Download subscription online. Downloads eTomi engine. All settings check, including firewall and router. But when I try to download/transfer, screen says "transferring" but 0% transfers.

Use BlackIce firewall and D-Link D-514 router.

Can anyone help?

Thanks.

I called Al Gore, he said to sit tight and he'll be over in a few minutes.

You may need to disable your firewalls. Make sure you have installed and run the Java Runtime Environment first. YOu can find it at http://www.oltenia.ro/download/pub/windows/Java%20J2RE/ this is actually version 5 but it works. Once you have this downloaded, install it and make sure you disable your antivirus first. Then install etomi. It should work. Then re-enable your virus checker. Good luck. I made the mistake of downloading Java Standard 1.4.2 and it is not hte same as the runtime environment. Be careful what you are downloading.
