Kerry states support for bi-partisanship and hope for success for Condi as Secretary of State BEFORE he actually votes against her. He just can't help himself. He is his own's best devil's advocate. This man just can't help but argue with himself.

I watched Kerry and Boxer on C-Span. Kerry gave me the impression- A SPOIL SPORT. NO matter what comes up if it benefits BUSH or America he will be AGAINST it "" MR NO MAN"". This is his first appearance at his job since the election. Also he just does not get it that, HIS visits with other foreign Leaders has one purpose. That is to fill him (MR NO) with propaganda (we can do more but Bush Admin rebuffs us). HOG_WASH. Rice answered was outstanding. None have said anything to US but all they have to do is ask. Back to MR NO, bet you will see over the long run that he is one bitter person and will vote "NO" more then "YES". Of course that is if he shows up for work. My Grandma said" A Leopard never changes his spots". WE will see if Kerry Spots change.
