Typical 'Rat Methodology. If you cannot win the votes, have a judge overturn the voter's decision.

Yup. Kerry flunky saying if other 250k votes counted in OH, then Kerry will win it.
That means Kerry would have to win by what...a 2 to 1 margin on the rest of the votes?
