..check your perferences, in settings/control panel/display/appearance/advance/scrollbar-that setting maybe @ 0/small#...increase the # value....thats my guess.

Just got my kids a new computer this week. when setting up, I had to go into the menu on the monitor and it should be one of the settings that shows a box, possibly with a double arrow inside or maybe its the one with the box that shows outside the bigger box. You just have to manipulate your screen back to the center a bit. Look at the bright side, at least your computer leans right. :)
