Just go an E Mail from Amazon. I ordered Unfit for Command on July 26. They tell me that I can expect delivery on November 4th. Curious date.

Demand a refund! I picked up mine at Waldenbooks after a waiting list for less than a week. On a side note, they say it will take 2-3 more shipments to fulfill their WAITING LIST! GO SWIFTIES!!!

They don't want people to read it before the election.

Suggest you buy it elsewhere and cancel your order at Amazon.

Something's wrong there- I ordered 2 of them from Amazon Monday and they gave me a mid Sept ship date. Then I checked Costco on a FReeper tip and found them there.

I ordered my copy from Amazon on August 18th and it was delivered, as promised, yesterday, August 26th. Don't know why your order is delayed, as others' here seem to be.

I read it last night. Couldn't put it down!

Their web page says they will ship in 7 days. Did you order some other book or item at the same time?

November 4th. Curious date.

They're back logged. The printers can't keep up.

Reserves a copy at Borders on Sunday. Picked it up today. They appeared to have about 20 copies at the most.

You might try canceling the order and placing it again. Could just be their server being stupid.

ehh... can't afford any more orders for now... I also ordered the Allman Brothers Live at the Beacon DVD so I'm tapped out right now.

It was delivered last Tuesday and well worth it though. In fact, it's incredible.

Yesterday I bought a copy at Costco Sunnyvale, CA ... they had about two dozen copies

I took the liberty of distributing a handful on top of the other books

Casually left my copy on top of my cube desk at work, prompting some discussion with my co-workers

I ordered from Amazon August 16 and received both copies August 24th. I think the shortage of books is making people paranoid.....
