David Blomstrom is a candidate for Superintendent of Public Instruction who issued a press release calling for the "legal or quasi-legal" execution of President George W. Bush. I'm pretty darn sure that calling for the murder of the President is a crime - even if made in jest. Heck, calling for the murder of any specific person is a crime isn't it?
