The incremental data shifts in this subject area have been subtle to bitesized, even tiny for several decades. And, like the frog in the warming bucket, few people have paid much attention to the graph as a whole.

DISCLOSURE WILL HAVE TO OCCUR--PERHAPS MORE ACCURATELY, DISCLOSURE WILL BE REALIZED TO HAVE OCCURRED AND A MORE OVERT SUMMARY OF IT WILL HAVE TO BE BROADCAST or every government will look like hideously complicit idiots in very evil skullduggery.
